Assault Rifle: If you're using an AK-97 or M1989A1 assault rifle, this skill helps you fire, load, and unjam it quickly. A skill that ranks up there in importance with walking and breathing.
Considering the fact that the NATO and AK will remain your best weapons for a while once obtained, it is greatly advised to pump 2 points into this skill early on (so as to bypass the heavy deficits of level 1). Using skill points beyond that would be wasteful considering the amount of training a character would receive while venturing the wastes.
