Cold-Eye is a former raider who had been a member of various gangs and militias over the course of his life. The violent raider lifestyle left him disillusioned and he decided to join the Desert Rangers around 2102 in order to rid the Arizona wastes of the various raider groups plaguing it. His name seems to be a reference to his unattached demeanor.
