Dr. Michael "Mike" Scott is a member of the Church of the Mushroom Cloud who specializes in fixing people. He appears in Wasteland as a recruitable NPC in the Church's headquarters in Las Vegas. He comes with decent stats, an exceptional IQ and lack of any fighting skills.

Scott became a member of the Desert Rangers and died before Team Echo in 2102 was given the task of locating the mystery signal threatening them. He was buried outside the Ranger Citadel and his grave marker read Dr. Mike Scott.
